GUJCET 2022 Counseling Registration can be done up to 30 June 2022, Gujarat Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance exam. It is conducted every year to admit qualified candidates in engineering degree and degree/diploma in pharmacy courses. Through GUJCET exam, candidates get admission in state AICTE approved government and aided colleges. It is necessary to qualify the entrance test to participate in the counselling. Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is the conducting body for GUJCET Counseling 2022. The seat allotment process can be done by the authority during the counseling.

counseling is done through online mode, Candidates have to fill their choice online within the time period prescribed by ACPC.

Separate counseling registration has been started for Engineering and Pharmacy courses. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible for counselling.

The admission allotment letter is provided to the candidates after the allotted seat.

GUJCET Counseling Process 2022

GUJCET Counseling 2022 consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Online Registration

  • To participate in the online counselling, candidates have to register on the website of ACPC.
  • Candidates who have registered online are only eligible for the counseling round.
  • After the registration, ACPC has released the merit list for the qualified candidates.

Step 2: Online Form Filling and Registration Confirmation

  • Choice filling online has started after the declaration of merit.
  • Candidates are advised to fill the maximum number of options available to increase their chances of admission.
  • Candidates can fill the choices within the stipulated time period only. After that no candidate will be allowed for the same.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

  • After choice filling for the actual round, ACPC allots admission on the basis of merit and choices filled by the candidate.
  • If the candidate wishes to confirm the admission, he/she will have to pay the token fee through the designated bank branches or through online payment.
  • It is mandatory to obtain the online admission slip after paying the token fee to confirm the allotted admission.

Step 4: Document Verification and Reporting

  • Candidates have to verify their original documents which are demanded by the admission authority.
  • There is document process for the candidates who have allotted seats.
  • After document verification, candidates have to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission formalities.

GUJCET Admission 2022

Admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses will be given through merit list prepared by the admission authority.

All the management seats are filled by the management of the respective vocational educational college or institute.

Management seats are awarded on the basis of inter-se merit list of the candidates whose names appear in the merit list prepared by the admission committee.
