Intro- Jawan Full Movie Download: Jawan is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film co-written and directed by Atlee in his Hindi film debut. It is produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan in a double role, alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (as a special appearance), Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra.

Jawan was earlier planned to release on 2 June 2023, but was postponed due to incomplete post-production work. It is now scheduled for theatrical release on 7 September 2023, in standard, IMAX, 4DX and other premium formats, on the occasion of Janmashtami.

Development
In late 2019, it was rumored that Shah Rukh Khan would be collaborating with Tamil film director Atlee. Atlee confirmed the project while promoting Bigil. In May 2021, it was reported that filming would begin soon. The film is produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment, while Gaurav Verma serves as co-producer. The company made a public announcement on 3 June 2022, confirming the project. The film is being made on a budget of 300 crores.
Atlee, in her fourth consecutive collaboration with director S. Wrote the screenplay of the film along with Ramana Girivasan. Sumit Arora contributed the dialogues. Atlee hired cinematographer G.K. Vishnu, editor Ruben, art director T. Muthuraj and stunt director Anal Arasu, including most of its standard technicians were retained. Spiro Razatos, Craig McCrae, Yannick Benn, Kecha Khamphakdi and Sunil Rodrigues were also hired as stunt directors. The film's dance choreographers include Farah Khan, Vaibhavi Merchant, Shobi and Lalita.
Casting
Mukesh Chhabra was the casting director. It is reported that Khan will play a double role as father and son and will be seen in six different looks. Nayanthara was finalized as the lead actress opposite Khan thus marking her debut in Hindi cinema. Priyamani, Sunil Grover, Sanya Malhotra and Yogi Babu later joined the cast. Reuniting with Khan after a decade, Babu last starred opposite Khan in Chennai Express (2013). Rana Daggubati was offered the antagonist role but he declined it citing health problems and thus the role went to Vijay Sethupathi. Deepika Padukone joins the cast in August 2022 to shoot her cameo in Chennai. In September 2022, Vijay was confirmed to make a cameo in the film. In March 2023, Sanjay Dutt joined the cast to shoot an action-packed cameo.

Some part of the film was shot in Pune Metro.
Principal photography began in September 2021 in Pune. Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara joined the shoot for 10 days. This is the first film to be shot in Pune Metro. Khan resumes shooting in June 2022 in Hyderabad. Nayanthara joined the Mumbai schedule on 26 June 2022 after her marriage. Some family sequences have been taken in this schedule.
In August, the next schedule began in Chennai, where Deepika Padukone shot her cameo portion. Vijay Sethupathi later joined the shoot. Some action sequences between Khan and Sethupathi were shot in this schedule. The song "Zinda Banda" was shot in the jail during this schedule. The song was shot over 5 days involving 1000 dancers and was choreographed by Shobi Paulraj. The song was re-shot and added as "Vandha Adam" in the Tamil version and "Dhumme Dhulipela" in the Telugu version. The one month Chennai schedule was completed on 7 October.
The next program was organized in Rajasthan in October. Khan and Nayanthara joined the 20-day schedule. The next schedule was held in February 2023, where Khan shot some chase sequences. Sanjay Dutt joined the shoot on 20 March 2023 to shoot an action-packed cameo. In April 2023, a song titled "Chaleya", picturized on Khan and Nayanthara was shot in Mumbai and on the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Later in the same month, a song featuring a cameo appearance by Khan and Deepika Padukone was shot at Film City, Mumbai. Both the songs were choreographed by Farah Khan. In mid-July, a song featuring Khan and Nayanthara choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant was shot at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai.

Post-production of the film began in January 2023 and lasted for six months as the film involves extensive computer graphics and visual effects. Reuben took over the editing duties. The VFX work of the film is done by Red Chillies VFX. Harry Hingorani served as the visual effects supervisor along with the film's VFX producer Ketan Yadav. In April, the company hired visual effects technicians to the team. Ken Metzker of Red Chillies Color did the color work for the film. Kunal Rajan served as the sound designer.
