Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced the new JSSC CGL exam date 2024 for the candidates who had applied for the 2017 vacancies. Now the written exam will be conducted on 21st & 22nd September 2024. Those who have registered themselves for the Joint Graduate Level Exam must appear for the exam as per the scheduled time. Earlier, the exam was postponed due to some reasons, and the authorities have now rescheduled it for the registered candidates.
JSSC CGL Exam Date 2024 Released
Recently, JSSC has rescheduled the JSSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2024 for 2017 vacancies for Assistant Bureau Officer, Block Supply Officer, Junior Secretariat Assistant and Planning Assistant. The written exam will now be conducted on 21st and 22nd September 2024. It will consist of three papers i.e. Paper I, II and III, each of 2 hours/120 minutes duration. JSSC CGL 2024 Admit Card
It is mandatory for you to have an admit card to appear in the JSSC CGL 2024 exam. JSSC CGL Admit Card 2024 will be issued to the candidates through online mode only. Candidates should note that the admit card for JSSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2024 will be released on 17 September 2024. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards from the official website: https://jssc.nic.in/.
JSSC CGL 2024 Exam Pattern
Before appearing for the exam, candidates must go through the JSSC CGL 2024 exam pattern thoroughly. This gives an idea about the type of questions, marking scheme, and other information related to the exam.
- The written examination will consist of three papers I, II and III.
- The JSSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2024 will consist of objective type questions only.
- The questions in the exam will be in both Hindi and English languages.
- Candidates will get +3 for every correct answer.
- 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
JSSC CGL Paper I
The first paper will be of total 360 marks consisting of 120 objective type questions. Paper I of JSSC CGL 2024 exam will be qualifying in nature.

JSSC CGL Paper II
The second paper will contain questions based on the regional or language chosen by the candidate. This exam will be conducted for 300 marks including 100 MCQs.
